I moved from the Czech Republic to Sanur and have been building villas here since 2022. My team handles everything from land to guests, and I answer investor messages myself.

First weekend trip to Bali.
2022
First lease contracts signed with Laura, two villas to renovate.

First 3 properties in operation, under our own brand Art Design Villas.
More plots acquired for new builds, local team growing.
2024
6th property live for short-term rental.
Art Design Solutions founded as our own construction and design company.
2025
First external property taken on by Art Design Villas.
Czech business gradually closed, long-term move to Indonesia.
Indovestor founded to bring acquisitions, sales and investments in Indonesia and the European Union under one roof.
5+ projects now running across Bali.
First development project signed in Lombok.
2026
Plot bought on Simeulue, work on the surf resort started.
In-house architecture team launched, so every project is designed under one roof.
Why I started Indovestor
I started Indovestor because I saw what others missed - land prices moving fast, tourism booming, and a real window of opportunity that’s open right now. We’ve built villas in Sanur, manage them to above-market occupancy, and done it all in-house. No middlemen, no guesswork. We invest our own capital alongside every partner, so we only win when you do. That’s the only way I know how to do business.

C-level executive for six years. I co-created the global expansion of the Brno-based company, which closed more than 2,000 partnerships and expanded to all continents.
Munipolis
In 2022 I led the startup’s expansion into Germany and Hungary. That’s where I met my business partner Laura and we started building in Indonesia.
Investing
Investment villas in Croatia and Mexico, a scuba diving center, startups, stocks and crypto. Since 2024, several ventures in renewable energy and financial markets, including a SICAV fund.
Learning and travel
Internships abroad at Nintendo, L’Oréal and Amazon, and study stays in Finland, France and Russia. I believe lifelong learning and experiencing new cultures and markets is the key to growth.
